PFAS-free clothing is created with materials free from water-repellent treatments containing perfluorinated and polyfluorinated compounds (PFAS) which are harmful to the environment and living beings. The fabrics are treated with an eco-friendly, non-fluorinated, plant-based water-repellent finish that guarantees long-lasting water repellency.
Materials
GORE-TEX® PRODUCT with PFCec-FREE DWR: 3-layer recycled polyester fabric (149 g/m2) with canvas construction, extremely soft to the touch, designed to give great comfort. It provides excellent water resistance (28,000 mm of water column), excellent breathability (RET < 9), dries quickly and is easy to clean. Offers excellent abrasion resistance and is guaranteed to be permanently waterproof. It is treated with the special PFCec-FREE DWR water-repellent finish, ensuring the absence of fluorinated compounds which are harmful to the environment.
