Comfortemp®: Ultralight polyester insulation (60 g/sq.m) that provides thermal insulation, the utmost lightness and freedom of movement. The special construction prevents fibre migration and it is easy care. This innovative insulation combines the advantages of down and synthetic padding in a quality that has not been achieved before. This thermal insulation is higher than conventional padding while being as light and soft as down. Comfortemp® is an innovative alternative to down, with optimal breathability and it holds its shape even after washing, ensuring no cold spots.

The Vertigo Comfortemp Hooded Jacket is a lightweight hybrid insulation layer designed for alpine conditions, combining resistance, versatility, and freedom of movement. Made from PROMETEO 1L Nylon with PFAS-free DWR finishing, it is ultra-light, wind resistant, breathable, and resistant to abrasion, while 4-way stretch nylon inserts on underarms, hips, and lower sleeves ensure durability and mobility in the most stressed areas. With a Thermo-adaptive insulation, the jacket is padded with Comfortemp® synthetic fill (60 g/m²), strategically body-mapped to deliver warmth where needed and reduced bulk under the arms for maximum comfort and ventilation. Functional details include multiple zippered and stow pockets, elasticated cuffs and hem, and a helmet-compatible hood with adjustable fit. Packable, reliable, and resistant, it’s the most versatile choice within the Vertigo line for climbing, mountaineering, and alpine adventures.
